摘要: Lung cancer is currently the leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. It is, therefore, important to enhance understanding and add a new auxiliary detection tool lung cancer. In this work, serum metabolic characteristics were investigated with non-targeted metabolomics method. The profiling 23 patients healthy controls analyzed using ultra high performance liquid chromatography/quadrupole time flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF MS). Partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) model data allowed clear separation from controls. total, 27 differential metabolites identified, which mostly related perturbation lipid metabolism, including choline, free fatty acids, lysophosphatidylcholines, etc. Choline linoleic acid defined as one combinational biomarker binary logistic regression, was supported by validation smaller sample-set (9 9 controls). These findings show that LC/MS-based has potential application in complementary identification patients, could be powerful for research.
