摘要: Tumor markers are most popularly used in diagnosis of various cancers clinically. However, the confounding factors individual background diversities, such as genetics, food preferences, living styles, physical exercises, etc., greatly challenge identification tumor markers. Study metabolic impact inoculated tumors on model animals can facilitate metabolomic relevant to insult. In this study, serum metabolites from nude mice (n = 14) with human H460 cells (human nonsmall cell lung carcinoma) were profiled using gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The showed an obviously different pattern control; discriminatory suggested perturbation free fatty acids, amino glycolysis and tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle turnover. significantly decreased TCA intermediates, 3-hydroxybutyric fluctuating acids (t-test, p < 0.05) tumor-bearing characterized local whole system. This indicates that they candidate for translational study cancer, Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
