摘要: Aim:  To evaluate the rpoB gene as an alternative to V3 for identification of bacterial species in milk and products. Methods Results:  DNA obtained from different strains was amplified by PCR using primers. products each were then separated on a DGGE gel. The molecular fingerprints tested integrated into database. analysis shows single band amplicons per species. Comparison electrophoretic profiles 16S rDNA amplification with those this study showed that some co-migrated after region, distinct bands observed gel region. Conclusions:  results show discriminatory power gene, indicating it can be used rRNA products. Significance Impact Study:  PCR-DGGE targeting is way discriminating so avoids sequencing co-migrating bands.
