摘要: Abstract We investigate the influence of contact interface on electrical properties a ZnO microwire (MW) with silver (Ag) paste electrodes. The MW devices that are produced by dropping Ag surface followed curing step at an elevated temperature exhibit linear current-voltage characteristics, whereas electrodes dropped upon heated non-linear behavior. results electron microscopy and cathodoluminescence show effect properties, such as interfacial defects and/or charge trap sites, between An energy band model is suggested to explain transport mechanism for different types contacts MW.
