摘要: In this work, structural, electrical properties of Li doped ZnO thin films, by chemical pulverization grown on glass substrates at different doping concentrations, were reported. Besides, The effects lithium structural ZnO: films studied means XRD technique. This study demonstrated that all prepared consisted unique phase and well crystallized in wurtzite structure with the preferentially orientation (002) direction parallel to c-axis. obtained results showed these have polycrystalline wurtzite-structure high c-axis preferred orientation. photodetectors revealed superior performance view photocurrent.
