摘要: Pb1-xEuxTe single-crystalline epitaxial films were prepared by a modified hot-wall technique. The structural properties checked X-ray diffractometry and microprobe analysis. Single-phase material with up to 5% Eu content was produced. Transport investigated between 5 300K yielding electron concentrations mobilities comparable those of PbTe layers. direct energy gap its dependence on as well temperature determined optical absorptance reflectance measurements using Fourier transform spectroscopy.
