摘要: Abstract Tungsten oxide nanowires were prepared by a vapor transport method using WO3 powder as raw material. The crystal structure and morphology of investigated X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy. obtained hexagonal WO3. major factors that influenced the furnace temperature substrate position. diameter decreased distance from material increased. Sensors fabricated pouring few drops nanowire-suspended ethanol onto oxidized Silicon substrates equipped with pair interdigitated Pt electrodes. sensor made thin 50 nm showed highest response to NO2 at low operating 100 °C. dependence was discussed in relation formation NO2− NO3− ions on surface slightly increased decreasing if are regional depleted NO2, while it largely volume depletion. A theoretical calculations based assumptions proposed order clarify correlation between nanowire their diameter.
