摘要: Objective Development of a data-based short food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) for evaluating intake nutrients by middle-aged Japanese. Methods Of 102 foods listed in the formerly developed semi-quantitative FFQ, having similar nutrient contents were combined into 72 foods/food groups research dietitians. Nutrient computed multiplying weight consumed and its contents. Next, cumulative multiple regression coefficient up to 0.85 was applied, 47 chosen brief FFQ assessing 21 including energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals, dietary fibers. Results The comprised rice, bread noodles (3), margarine/butter (2), eggs (1), milk dairy products soybean miso-soup meat beef, pork chicken (4), fish other fish, shellfish green-yellow vegetables (5), mushrooms edible roots seaweeds mayonnaise fried dishes seeds fruit beverages, alcohol confectioneries (2). Conclusions evidence-based efficiently covered nutrients, may be competent rank general public Japanese according nutrients.
