摘要: In this study, the different encapsulation methods involving emulsification and coaxial electrospinning were both utilized to fabricate a series of core/sheath composite, nanoparticles (NPs) Nanofibers (NFs) separately, for drug delivery on potential biological therapeutic applications. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was employed as an active pharmaceutical ingredient model core; poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) methoxy poly(ethyleneglycol)-Poly lactic acid (mPEG-PLA) selected matrix sheath. Attributed optimized fabrication procedures, obtained NPs NFs had small average diameters narrow size distributions with uniform structures smooth surface morphologies. Based release profiles, provided burst process followed by diffusion manner, while NFs, predominant factor in release. particular, mPEG-PLA fabricated excellent hydrophilicity highly n...
