摘要: The aim of this study was to determine residual polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and organochlorine pesticides in the adipose tissue wild terrestrial mammals coming from same area northwest Poland compare content profile between species. performed on five mammalian species, including omnivores (badger, boar, raccoon dog) herbivores (roe deer, red deer). obtained results show that levels residues most analyzed compounds were greater omnivorous than herbivorous mammals. We found differences pattern accumulation organochlorines. In dog organochlorines accumulated following descending order: DDTs > PCBs HCHs endrin dieldrin; badger, roe order as follows: dieldrin. PCB 153 dominant whereas it lower 138 badger 180. These tested species may reflect metabolic capacity and/or feeding habits an uneven distribution where animals lived. Maximum residue (MRLs) exceeded single samples whose meat fat can be consumed by humans. greatest number cases MRLs observed (HCHs, DDTs, endrin, non-dioxin-like PCBs) fewest deer (only lindane).
