摘要: Wind energy and photovoltaic solar (PV) are the most mature renewable technologies widely used to increase penetration in non-interconnected Greek islands. However, their is restricted due technical issues related safe operation of autonomous power systems, current conventional infrastructure variable output. In this framework, curtailment sometimes a necessity ensure balance between demand supply. The ability systems absorb wind PV load profile, type flexibility plants, size system spatial dispersion farms. connection, probabilistic approach for estimating thoroughly applied Greece, using detailed information about parallel, high resolution mesoscale model-based hourly data typical meteorological year represent features all sites interest. Technical constraints imposed by local operator, commitment plants dispatch strategies taken into account maximize levels. Finally, application wide ranges capacity thorough analysis parameters leads presentation comparable results conclusions, which could be predict systems.
