摘要: The facial asymmetry associated with vertical maxillary excess and mandibular prognathism is one of the more complicated types in field oral maxillofacial surgery. purpose this study was to investigate efficacy combined orthognathic surgeries, together guiding templates splints fabricated by rapid prototyping technique, for correction asymmetry. Fourteen patients were included. A Le Fort I osteotomy, a sagittal split ramus osteotomy on shorter side face, an intraoral longer face performed aid technique. Parameters reflecting canting, ramal inclination, deviation, chin inclination measured before surgery, 7 days after 1 year compared. Significant differences these parameters found between two sides preoperatively, whereas no observed postoperatively. Facial corrected all satisfactory outcomes. In conclusion, surgery can offer improvements accuracy, complexity, duration over traditional procedures prognathism.
