摘要: The antihypertensive effect of SD-3211, a structurally novel type nondihydropyridine calcium antagonist, was assessed using several types experimental hypertensive rats. Oral administration SD-3211 (10, 20, and 30 mg/kg) to conscious spontaneously rats (SHR), deoxycorticosterone acetate-salt (DHR) 2-kidney, 1-clip renal (RHR) resulted in dose-dependent decrease systolic blood pressure (SBP). hypotensive these more pronounced than normotensive (NR). potencies for the NR were 5-7 times greater that diltiazem but 2-3 less nicardipine. Furthermore, showed longer-lasting action nicardipine, at respective equihypotensive dose. During course hypotension, did not exert any influence on heart rate (HR) or NR, contrast appearance tachycardia with nicardipine SHR, DHR, bradycardia DHR. At doses 10 mg/kg, doses, elicited natriuresis no kaliuresis SHR. In chronic study mg/kg/day an during period 12 consecutive weeks. These results allow us conclude has potent long-lasting little cardiac effect.
