摘要: We describe several two-dimensional NMR experiments to facilitate the analysis of overcrowded proton-decoupled deuterium spectra chiral molecules oriented in poly-A-benzyl-L-glutamate liquid crystalline solutions. These 2D allow correlation between components each quadrupolar doublet and then their assignment on basis chemical shift. The pulse sequences proposed this work were developed using Cartesian spin-operator formalism for spin I ) 1 nuclei with a small moment, such as deuterons high magnetic field. features analytical potentialities sequence are discussed compared. Illustrative applications these natural abundance spectroscopy 9.4 T field standard equipment reported examined. With technique, it is demonstrated that quantitative measurements possible within precision 10%.
