摘要: Purpose: The constitutive activation of Ras proteins by point mutation is the most frequently observed oncogene in human malignancies. goal this study was to investigate whether RhoA, Rac1, and Cdc42 mutations, which can lead experimental transformation cultured cells, actually occurred a panel invasive colorectal breast tumors. Methods: We performed denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis sequencing transcripts amplified reverse transcription PCR for RhoA; we used direct PCR-amplified genomic DNA search mutations coding exons Rac1 genes. Results: Although Kras4B p53 genes were detected using these methods, no found sequences genes, primary as well associated metastasis. Conclusions: Point encoding GTPases do not occur at high frequency
