摘要: Response surface methodology has been applied to the optimization of a simple and rapid non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis method for separation determination several phenolic compounds belonging different families present in olive oil. A Box–Behnken design was employed total 27 experiments were performed using oil samples spiked with phenols injected directly after dilution 1:1 1-propanol. Finally, background electrolyte (BGE) constituted 25 mM boric acid 18 mM KOH mixture 74:26 (v/v) 1-propanol/methanol. The hydrophobicity BGE allows its miscibility and, as consequence, possibility characterizing determining these kinds this sample without any pretreatment. hydrodynamic injection (6 s, −30 mbar) carried out 35 °C +20 kV temperature voltage, respectively. two detection windows serial online UV fluorescence satisfactorily employed. validation by setting calibration curves, figures merit finally obtained. lineal relationship between corrected peak area concentration limits order micrograms per milliliter found.
