摘要: Actual mobilities and dissociation constants of six diuretics (benzthiazide, bumetanide, ethacrynic acid, furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide chlorothiazide) probenecid were investigated in methanol by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). Knowledge ionisation behaviour compounds paves way wider use as solvent electrophoresis. Moreover, is demonstrated current study, calculation facilitates optimisation pH conditions separation, thereby applications can be expanded, combination with electrospray mass spectrometry becomes easier.
