摘要: With the development of nanomedicine, a mass nanocarriers have been exploited and utilized for targeted drug delivery, including liposomes, polymers, nanoparticles, viruses, stem cells. Due to huge surface bearing capacity flexible genetic engineering property, filamentous bacteriophage phage-mimetic nanoparticles are attracting more attentions. As rod-like bio-nanofiber without tropism mammalian cells, phage can be easily loaded with drugs directly delivered lesion location. In particular, chemical conjugated on by modification, gene also inserted into genome recombinant DNA technology. Meanwhile, specific peptides/proteins displayed able conjugate which will endow them specific-targeting drug-loading capacity. Additionally, self-assemble may applied self-navigating delivery nanovehicles. this review, we summarize production particles, identification targeting peptides, recent applications bacteriophages as well their protein/peptide in vitro vivo. The improvement our understanding supply new tools biotechnological approaches.
