摘要: The macrophages in various sites the mouse have been examined with electron microscope normal animals, and animals which had recently received intravenous colloids. There was a general structural similarity at all sites. most obvious common feature presence of small granules stain toluidine blue. These were two types. One, smaller finely granular substructure may represent primary lysosome; other, larger heterogeneous, contains banded probably fibrillar material repeating pattern 35–50 A, residual body.
