摘要: The lymphoreticular cells infiltrating a variety of human malignant neoplasms have been examined with the electron microscope. These include lymphocytes all sizes, including very occasional large “blast” forms, immature and mature stimulated macrophages, dendritic plasma cells. Although these are often in close contact tumour there is no evidence that this has cytotoxic effect. It possible potential cytotoxi-city may be impeded by blocking factors, such as immune complexes, or if any immunological function it predominantly afferent type.
