摘要: • In the present study we compared accuracy of three different ultrastructural methods used to confirm clinically proved cases mycosis fungoides (MF) from skin biopsy specimens. Method 1 is a qualitative method and confirmed diagnosis MF in only 44% patients with MF. 2 involved image analysis lymphocytic nuclei 67% The most sensitive for confirming was simple scoring number sharply angled nuclear invaginations 100 lymphocytes (method 3).
