Methods: We retrospectively analyzed medical records all patients cancer who underwent ELAPE procedure using mesh at Gastrointestinal Surgery Power between January 2013 2015. All were closely followed up to now. Results: A total 17 was screened. Of these, 15 had primary local recurrent malignant melanoma. successfully without intestinal perforation got stage I healing in perineum wound incision infection, dehiscence, cystocele perinealis, urethral dysfunction or obstruction. Perineum hematoma developed just one patient successful percutaneous drainage week. During follow-up, there no recurrence, hernia, sexual dysfunction, urinary retention, bowel Two described slight pain sacrococcygeal region special handling. Conclusion: is applicable cancer. Biological defect seems be safe effective, high compliance.
