Abnormal dielectric behaviour in polycrystalline zinc-substituted manganese ferrites at high frequencies

摘要: Abstract Dielectric constant ( e ′), dielectric loss tangent (tan δ ) and complex ″) have been measured for the samples of type Mn 1− x Zn Fe 2 O 4 =0.3, 0.5, 0.7 0.9). The measurements were carried out in high frequency range 100 kHz–1 MHz. behaviour is found to be abnormal, giving a peak at certain frequency. shifts lower due increasing zinc concentration. variation with composition, temperature explained qualitatively. these mixed ferrites approximately inversely proportional square root resistivity. An attempt made explain possible mechanism.
