摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline samples of calcium-doped lead germanate Pb 4.8 Ca 0.2 Ge 3 O 11 were prepared by a solid-state reaction technique. Preliminary X-ray studies have been carried out to check the formation single phase and determine its basic crystal structure. Measurements dielectric permittivity (ϵ) loss (tan δ) as function temperature (from room 180 °C) at 1 kHz 10 shown anomaly transition about 80 ± 2 °C.
