摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline samples of Rb2TeO4 have been prepared by a conventional solid-state reaction technique at low temperature (600°C). Preliminary room X-ray studies suggest the formation single phase compound with cell parameters = 10.582(1) A, b 8.448(1) A and c 8.499(1) in orthorhombic crystal system. Detailed dielectric constant (e) tangent loss (tanΔ) as function frequency (400 Hz to 104 Hz) (−120 360°C) show that has two successive transitions -4°C (referred T c) 278°C i) normal-commensurate-incommensurate sequence.
