摘要: Abstract Bismuth perovskites have been attracting attention as a family of piezoelectric ceramics in place the widely used Pb (Zr, Ti)O 3 (PZT) system. The advantages bismuth over PZT are environmentally more-friendly materials, higher mechanical strength and Curie temperature. Most recently BiMgZrO –PbTiO has reported to be high temperature morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) with appreciably good ferroelectric properties. containing crystalline solutions [(BiMgZrO ) 1− y –(BiFeO ] x –(PbTiO , (BMZ–BF–PT) synthesized by solid-state reaction technique. symmetry varied composition, indicating solubility BMZ BF PT. X-ray diffraction (XRD) reveals that BMZ–BF–PT single-phase perovskite structure. Morphotropic Phase Boundary BMZ–PT system lies region = 0.55 = 0.6 which is supported transformation from tetragonal rhombohedral phase. SEM photographs reveal uniform distribution grains matrix. Variation dielectric parameters frequency (at room temperature) exhibit typical behavior for all compositions.
