摘要: Ulcerative colitis is a form of inflammatory bowel disease characterized by chronic inflammation the colon and rectum. The abnormal lesions in digestive system caused ulcerative intermittent are major clinical importance. MDM2 phospho-protein that functions as ubiquitin ligase for p53. Recently, T>G substitution promoter gene (rs309) has been identified. In this case-control study, 174 biopsy samples 82 control were collected from colonoscopy centers, hospitals, clinics Mazandaran Gilan Provinces Iran October 2014 to May 2015. This polymorphism was investigated DNA (extracted samples) amplification-refractory mutation polymerase chain reaction. mean age patients with 46.5 years (range, 28 69 years) individuals 45.3 26 71 years). Seventy-eight (44.82%) men 96 (55.18%) women. distribution TT, TG, GG genotypes 17.93%, 27.59%, 34.48%, respectively, 31.70%, 24.40%, 43.90%, (odds ratio colitis, 7.142; 95% confidence interval, 2.400 9.542; p = 0.001). It found single-nucleotide at rs309 associated colitis. A direct relationship between while no sex. finding note because occurrence intestinal subsequent ulcers can precede development cancer.
