Assessment of Development Level of Municipal Websites of the Republic of Lithuania

摘要: The article presents a variety of e-government assessment methodology, and on the basis municipal websites survey instrument, developed by E-Governance Institute at Rutgers University (United States America) Global e-Policy e-Government Sungky-unkwan (Republic Korea), development level Republic Lithuania is presented. Municipalities were ranked Performance Index, which was determined as sum partial indexes five measures: Privacy/Security, Usability, Content, Services Citizen Participation.
