摘要: Abstract This study developed a novel joining technology to produce hybrid polymer–metal material. The is based on reaction between isocyanate groups (NCO) in solution and hydroxyl (OH) metal surface. has some advantages compared with other methods, such as lack of stress concentration mechanical thermal residual the structure very low cost. effects different process parameters including NCO/OH ratio, mould temperature, polymer melt temperature strength adhesion were investigated employing single lap shear tests. Also, behaviour under tensile load was using uniaxial results showed that increasing or reduces strength. Moreover, reaches peak then decreases by ratio. Most importantly, test new material postpones necking phenomena stainless steel, increases deformation steel before fracturing 16%. It an important result forming can withstand more its plastic regime.
