摘要: Gastric schwannomas are rare benign tumors originating from the intramuscular plexus of stomach and account for just 2.6% gastric mesenchymal tumors. schwannoma (GS) with a surface ulcer is very rare. Herein, we report case an ulcer-bearing GS, which in conjunction multiple enlarged regional lymph nodes, readily mimicked cancer (GC). A 79-year-old female presented poor appetite intermittent vomiting contents during past month. Gastroscopy revealed giant crateriform within body (at angular notch). Its raised indurated border was fragile bled easily. GC thus suspected. Contrast-enhanced computer tomography (CT) mild enhancement corresponding irregularly thickened wall, annular zone mucosal discontinuity. Enlarged nodes were also found, making metastases our primary concern. 18F-fluorodeoxyglueose position emission (18F-FDG PET)/CT then performed further staging. Obviously increased FDG uptake shown lesion ((maximum standardized value (SUVmax) 14.6), but no observed nodes. Given strong suspicion GC, subtotal gastrectomy performed. GS by postoperative pathology, evidence metastasis 13 resected This The 18F-FDG tumor substantially higher than previously published literature reports. Under these circumstances, it difficult to be differentiated GC.
