摘要: Background/Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the role of laparoscopic surgery in treatment gallbladder cancer. Methods: A retrospective performed on 31 patients with a postoperative diagnosis The approach initially applied all them. Results: Ten had pT1a cancer, and underwent cholecystectomy without recurrence. Nine pT1b lesions, three be converted an open operation. There were two recurrences. In one cystic node invaded. Seven pT2 lesion, four them operation procedure. Recurrences noted patients. pT3 opera-tions converted; both cancers recurred. Only diagnostic laparoscopy or palliative procedure for pT4 cancers. median follow-up time 17.0 months. 5-years survival rate 100% stage pT1a, pT1b, 68% lesions. Conclusions: We suggest that when polypoid lesion is found preoperative evaluation, may attempted initially. During it important specimens present perform frozen section biopsy. When found, sufficient; however, more advanced might radical cholecystectomy.
