摘要: Five unrelated mouse tumours have been shown to carry activated transforming genes using the NIH/3T3 transfection assay. Three of these tumours, a T-cell lymphoma, fibrosarcoma and macrophage tumour, were found an c-Ki-ras gene. A c-Ha-ras gene was be in myeloid leukaemia recently identified member 'ras' family, N-ras, lung carcinoma. The L5178Y-ES, is more aggressively growing metastatic variant which arose spontaneously from parental L5178Y-E. Although DNA both transfer genetic marker recipient cells equally well, only carried detectable by transfection. altered growth behaviour L5178Y-ES may therefore result spontaneous activation after lymphoma had already become tumorigenic.
