摘要: Fibrillin-1 protein is a microfibrillar glycoprotein component of the extracellular matrix, widely distributed in ocular connective tissues. In this work, we show for first time expression pattern fibrillin-1 corneal and conjunctival epithelia stromal keratocytes during embryo development. After hatching, was maintained epithelium cells nonsecreting conjunctiva disappeared keratocytes. limbus region, basal were negative, while superficial positive antibody. The epithelial suggests role fibrillin development disease. Therefore, some region do not immunolocalization, may be correlated with stem cell or stem-like properties.
