摘要: Abstract Modification of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) directly during radiation exposure was investigated using core level spectroscopy. The strongly non-equilibrium condition PVDF studied. high-resolved C K-edge NEXAFS spectra have been measured. modification due to the polymer degradation caused by monochromatic synchrotron has revealed. Residual fluorine content monitored x-ray photoelectron study shown a significant chemical and electronic structure in course carbonization under radiation. Gradual defluorination sample takes place irradiation with enrichment carbon skeleton hydrogen. In initial stages radiative modification, defluorinated system is inhomogeneous changes influence two simultaneous processes: photochemical diffusion unbounded atoms surface.
