摘要: BACKGROUND: The cannabinoid receptor 2 (CB2) plays a pleiotropic role in the innate immunity and is considered crucial mediator of liver disease. Cannabinoid CB2 activation has been reported to attenuate fibrosis CCl4 exposed mice also potential regeneration mouse model I/R protection against alcohol-induced injury. AIM: In this study, we investigated impact receptors on antifibrotic regenerative process associated with cholestatic injury. METHODS: Twenty-six rats had bile duct ligation co-treated silymarin AM1241 for 3 consecutive weeks. Serum hepatotoxicity markers were determined, histopathological evaluation was performed. RESULTS: Following (BDL) weeks, there increased aminotransferase levels, marked inflammatory infiltration hepatocyte apoptosis induced oxidative stress, as reflected by lipid peroxidation. Conversely, following treatment agonist, AM-1241, BDL displayed reduction injury attenuation expression hydroxyproline I±-smooth muscle actin. significantly attenuated peroxidation end-products, p53-dependent stimulating IL-10 production. Moreover, treated significant hepatic progenitor/oval cell markers. CONCLUSION: conclusion, study points out that reduce promote via distinct mechanisms including dependent inhibition inflammation, p53-reliant through stimulation oval/progenitor cells. These results suggest agonists display potent hepatoregenrative properties, addition their antifibrogenic effects.
