摘要: Abstract We have studied the nuclear magnetic resonance relaxation times of 1 H and 17 O nuclei in aqueous solutions Mn 2+ complexes concanavalin A. The results indicate that is coordinated to one exchangeable water molecule. mean residence time, τ h , this molecule at approximately · 10 −7 s -concanavalin A ten as long Ca No changes occur on binding α-methyl glucoside, or raising pH a value where molecular aggregation occurs. It possible occupation -binding site, immediate electronic environment alters thus affects time also increase brought about by restrictions imposed exchange molecules between bulk solvent .
