摘要: In this work measurements on a piezoelectric sample in dynamic behavior were taken, particular, around the frequencies of resonance for where nonlineal effects are accentuated. Dimension changes need to be studied as that will allow more reliable characterization samples. The goal research is develop an inspection system able obtain measurements, using noncontact laser displacement transducer, also visualize, three-dimensional graphic environment, takes place surface. resonant mode, vibration mode visualized.
