摘要: Resume La culture systematique de la paroi et du thrombus des anevrismes l'aorte abdominale sous-renale est une attitude courante en chirurgie vasculaire, car positive suspecte d'etre un facteur risque d'infection prothetique. Cinq cent sous-renale, sur serie 796 operes periode douze ans, ont eu ou paroi. Les cultures ete positives a au moins germe chez 185 patients (37,5 %), dans 80 % cas flore cutanee.
