摘要: Interpreting the significance of anal findings in child sexual abuse can be difficult. The aim this study is to compare frequency features between children with and without penetration. This a retrospective blinded review consecutive charts seen for suspected at regional referral center from January 1. 2005 December 31. 2009 Based on predetermined criteria, were classified into two groups: low or high probability 1115 included, 84% girls 16% boys an age range 0.17 18.83 years (mean 9.20 year). 198 (17.8%) as belonging penetration group.
