摘要: When applied to young nondormant embryos of sunflower (Hellanthus annus) (7-10 day[s] after pollination [DAP]), abscisic acid (ABA) inhibited germination as long it was present. However, whatever the dose used and duration its application, ABA unable induce dormancy because transfer treated control (without ABA) medium, occurred. Thereafter, exogenous became effective allowed develop in 13 17 DAP embryos, i.e. which isolation were still able germinate high percentage.
