摘要: ZAP-70, CD38 and IGHV mutations have all been reported to prognostic impact in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), both individually paired combinations. We aimed determine whether the combination of three factors provided more refined information concerning treatment-free interval (TFI) from diagnosis. were evaluated 142 patients. Combining factors, ZAP-70−/CD38−/Mutated group showed longest median TFI (62 months, n = 37), ZAP-70+/CD38+/Unmutated cases shortest (11 37) discordant for ≥1 factor, an intermediate (27 68) (p 0.006). Analysis revealed values that otherwise masked when measuring single factors. The presence or absence cytogenetic abnormalities did not explain variability among cases. Simultaneous analysis CLL provides discriminatory prediction than any factor alone.
