摘要: Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma is a low-grade extra nodal often gastric condition. MALT of the head and neck has been reported in salivary gland, thyroid, larynx, orbit, skin. A 76-year-old woman seen for double vision was found neuro opthalmological examination to have trochlear oculomoter nerve palsy. Epipharyngeal endoscopy showed submucosal tumor posterior epipharynx wall. Computed tomography (CT) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated mass lesion epipharynx, pterygopalatine fossa, cavernous sinus. Endoscopic biopsy performed twice fossa pathologically difficult differentiate from hypertrophy. Clonal Southern blot analysis clonal rearrangement heavy immunoglobulin gene chain, yielding diagnosis lymphoma.
