摘要: Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma originating from mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue has been connected with autoimmune disease. These tumours often arise in gastric mucosa and are extremely rare airway mucosa. Three cases of the cavum have reported literature. A 52-year-old male rheumatoid arthritis presented an 8-month history nasal obstruction recurrent blood discharge. On physical examination a bulky mass was observed nasopharynx. CT demonstrated soft lesion nasopharynx without bone destruction. MRI showed contrast-enhanced extension to left pterygoid muscle. Biopsy revealed low-grade B-cell tumour marginal zone. The patient received six cycles cyclophosphamide, vincristine prednisone adriamycin treatment, together intracranial methrotrexate as prophylactic measure. After 48 months follow-up there no evidence disease control scan normal. prognosis this type is unpredictable too few enable definitive conclusions be drawn.
