摘要: Background and Purpose—Cerebral microcirculatory changes during cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) are still controversial uncertain. The aim of this study was to investigate the microcirculation clarify roles disturbances in ischemia by measuring circulation time (CCT) regional blood flow (rCBF). Methods—In 24 cases with SAH, rCBF studies single-photon emission CT digital subtraction angiography (DSA) were performed on same day between 5 7 days SAH and/or within 4 hours onset delayed ischemic neurological deficits.
