摘要: Primary hyperhidrosis is a functionally and socially disabling condition resulting in social embarrassment low quality of life. Thoracic sympathectomy definitive choice treatment with favorable results. However, patients may face another embarrassing following surgery as compensatory which has no treatment. The predictors are controversial remain unclear. A total 74 underwent videothoracoscopic for primary hyperhidrosis. We statistically analyzed our correlations uni-multivariate logistic regression models to outline the possible 45 (60.8%) had showed that patients, age greater than 21 years (P = 0.018), body mass index (BMI) 22 kg / m2 (P = 0.045), isolated facial (P = 0.044), smoking status (P = 0.015), significantly rates Similarly, significant univariate were age > 21 (P = 0.020), BMI > 22 kg / m2 (P = 0.048), presence (P = 0.015). Multivariate analysis revealed only predictor within threshold significance (P = 0.078). clinical thoracic appear older age, index, smoking.
