摘要: Abstract A simple vapour deposition technique was used to prepare WO 3 one-dimensional nanostructures. is sublimated at a relatively low temperature (550 °C) in air atmospheric pressure. The species are condensed on mica substrate 500 °C. Single crystalline nanorods grown epitaxy the surface with growth axis along [0 1 0] directions and (0 0 1) plane parallel substrate. process proposed which formation of tetragonal tungsten bronze as precursor determining factor.
