摘要: Tunsten oxide nanorods are grown on mica substrate in air from WO3 vapor at 590 °C. They epitaxially oriented the three directions according to hexagonal symmetry of mica. Their morphology was investigated by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), their structure Electron Diffraction (ED) and High Resolution (HRTEM). The energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) associated with TEM revealed presence potassium first step nanostructures growth suggesting formation a tungsten bronze. According thickness have either or monoclinic. structural investigations showed that numerous kinds planar defects parallel direction formed. electrical conduction analyzed Conductive (CAFM) method which allows obtain an image resistance variations along current-voltage response. result demonstrates form electrically networks suitable for gas sensing experiments.
