摘要: Summary The male Wistar Bonn/Kobori (WBN/Kob) rat is known to be a unique animal model for chronic pancreatitis with widely distributed fibrosis and degeneration of parenchyma because the infiltration lymphocytes. In this report,we show that female (but not male) rats develop dacryoadenitis at 3 months age, both WBN/Kob sialoadenitis, thyroiditis, sclerotic cholangitis tubulointerstitial nephritis over 18 age. CD8 + cells deposits tissue-specific IgG2b were observed in injured pancreas lachrymal glands. Furthermore, number regulatory T (defined as CD4 Forkhead box P3 cells) decreased periphery rats, suggesting onset these diseases attribut- able, least, failure maintenance peripheral immune tolerance. These features clearly are useful autoimmune Sjogren-like syndrome or multi-focal fibrosclerosisinhumans.Wealsoshowthattheseautoimmunediseasescanbe preventedbyanewlydevisedstrategyof bonemarrowtransplantation(BMT) which bone marrow injected directly into cavity: intrabone marrow-BMT.
