摘要: Abstract We have studied the external photoluminescence quantum efficiency ηext of ternary II–VI semiconductor solid solutions which is strongly influenced by crystal quality due to density nonradiative recombination centers. The measurements were carried out with an integrating sphere fitted into a cryostat. results are confirmed time-resolved experiments show influence processes on times localized excitons.
