摘要: An increasing number of patients with previous coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery suffer from chest pain due to ischemic or nonischemic causes. Ischemic may be caused by the occlusion stenotic narrowing one more grafts progression atherosclerotic disease native arteries. The assessment patency in after CABG a noninvasive diagnostic modality is therefore potential importance and help evaluate need for repeat invasive X-ray angiography. Since 1983, when successful imaging means magnetic resonance (MRI) was first reported, several studies on accuracy have been published. Nevertheless, today’s commercially available MRI techniques evaluation CABGs still methodological shortcomings, but rapid improvement hard- software scanners, coils, image processing makes very promising technique even vessels.
